in 2022 I undertook some of my most exciting training yet!

I video documented my first experience as a doula last June and have shared on here with permission from the family, you can watch it below!
But lets just say, wow! It was incredible and I feel so lucky and honoured to have been alongside them.

My doula work is about you. 

Your choices and your journey. 

I am here to advocate for you and be there in the background so you can get on with thigs in your way. 

I will protect your space and can be the link between you and your partner, if you have one, and your caregivers.

This includes everything…. 

- the full hypnobirthing course,

- getting to know each other

- continuity, 

- on call for 5 weeks, 

- attendance at the birth.

- birth debrief

- 2 post-natal visits

£1200

- 2 antenatal sessions to get to know each other and go over what you would like in the time

- Continuity 

- on call for five weeks.

- attendance at the birth 

- birth debrief

- 2 post-natal visits 

£990

I can be there to support you. 

Hold your baby while you sleep, shower or take a walk. 

I keep my radius for post natal support local but do have flexibility with days and times. 

£35 per hour

£90 for 3 hours booked together
